The service begins with a care need, not a preferred product. Just Hail Mary intends to:

- understand the person, setting, outcome and likely duration of need
- source and qualify suitable care technology
- choose a direct purchase, short lease or longer finance route
- coordinate installation, support, maintenance, return and replacement
- preserve the commercial and operational record in Hail Mary OS

## Technology Scope

The public scope includes product classes such as:

- personal alarms and fall detection
- care-specific wearables
- medication support
- connected sensors and telecare
- electric profiling beds and pressure-care equipment
- hoists, transfer aids, specialist seating and mobility equipment
- care and service robots for bounded tasks
- humanoid assistance as a future horizon

These are example categories, not a statement of current inventory, availability or manufacturer relationship.

## Commercial Routes

- **Purchase:** for established products where ownership is the simplest fit.
- **Short lease:** for temporary, changing or uncertain needs, potentially measured in weeks or months.

Hail Mary OS is the graph-native commercial and operational record layer behind the service. Publicly described records include customers, contracts, assets, deployments, invoices, payments, incidents, maintenance and lifecycle state where supported by implementation.

Hail Mary OS does not make clinical decisions or control medical devices, sensors, beds or robots. Manufacturer safety systems and specialist control software remain outside its boundary.

## Sister-System Boundary

Just Hail Mary and [Octeryx OS Care](https://www.octeryx.com/) are separate Panamorphix sister ventures with complementary boundaries.

- **Hail Mary OS:** commercial and asset-lifecycle records around the technology
- **Octeryx OS Care:** active R&D into governed care context across people, systems, devices and robots
- **Manufacturer systems:** device control, telemetry, navigation, product software and hardware safety
- **Care teams:** care authority and human judgement

Octeryx OS Care is not a bundled or live JHM service. Its public maturity is active R&D.

Just Hail Mary is a Panamorphix special purpose vehicle. The wider technical context includes ECP and Congdb, but the public JHM offer is care technology access and lifecycle management.
