## Care Technology as a Service

A managed route that combines care technology selection, purchase or finance, deployment and lifecycle support. It treats access and accountability as part of the offer rather than ending at equipment delivery.

## Care Technology

Equipment or connected services intended to support safety, independence, monitoring, mobility, medication, pressure care, communication or care operations. The JHM scope ranges from sensors and wearables to smart equipment and care robots.

## Short Lease

A time-bounded commercial route for a temporary, changing or uncertain need, potentially measured in weeks or months where the asset and support model permit it.

## Long Finance

A longer payment structure for higher-value equipment expected to remain useful over several years.

## Managed Portfolio

An intended service for keeping contracts, assets, deployments, maintenance and replacement coherent across a care home group or multiple settings.

## Hail Mary OS

The graph-native commercial and operational record layer behind Just Hail Mary. It manages lifecycle records but does not make clinical decisions or control the underlying product.

## Octeryx OS Care

A separate Panamorphix sister venture in active R&D. Octeryx OS Care is a care context operating system being designed to preserve governed identity, continuity, consent, policy, provenance and evidence across people, systems, devices and robots. It is not a bundled or live JHM service.

## Sister-System Boundary

The complementary separation between Hail Mary OS commercial and asset-lifecycle records, Octeryx OS Care governed care context, manufacturer product-control and safety systems, and human care authority.

## Care Robot

A robot used for a bounded task in a care environment, such as internal delivery, cleaning, telepresence or future assistance. Robotics must be assessed against safeguarding, workflow, evidence, safety and support requirements.

## Humanoid Horizon

The long-range direction toward capable mobile assistance. It is a north star, not a statement of current product availability or lease readiness.

## Product-Control Boundary

The boundary between Hail Mary OS and specialist product systems. Device control, robot navigation, clinical decisions and manufacturer safety functions remain outside Hail Mary OS.

## Lifecycle Record

The connected history of customer, contract, asset, deployment, invoice, payment, incident, maintenance, return and replacement state.
