> Just Hail Mary is building a care technology access service for the home, care homes and care home groups, with routes to buy, lease or finance equipment and support it through its useful life.

## Public Position

Just Hail Mary starts with a care need, setting and likely duration. It intends to source and qualify suitable technology, choose a purchase, short lease or long finance route, coordinate deployment and preserve lifecycle accountability.

The product spectrum includes personal alarms, fall detection, care-specific wearables, medication support, connected sensors, electric beds, pressure-care equipment, hoists, mobility aids and bounded care robotics. Humanoid assistance is a future horizon, not the launch offer.

Hail Mary OS is the graph-native commercial and operational record layer behind the service. It does not make clinical decisions or control medical devices, sensors, beds or robots.

## Sister-System Boundary

Just Hail Mary and Octeryx OS Care are separate Panamorphix sister ventures with complementary boundaries. Hail Mary OS preserves commercial and asset-lifecycle records. Octeryx OS Care is a care context operating system in active R&D, being designed to preserve governed identity, continuity, consent, policy, provenance and evidence across people, systems, devices and robots.

Octeryx OS Care is not a bundled or live JHM service. Manufacturer systems retain device control, telemetry, navigation and hardware-safety responsibility. Care teams retain care authority and human judgement.
